I’ve been coaching strength and fitness for over 15 years, helping people lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, and move better — but more importantly, helping them stay consistent long enough for those results to last.

Most people can get motivated to start training. Where they struggle is structure. When life gets busy and motivation fades, a lack of structure is usually what causes people to quit — not a lack of effort.

My coaching is built around clear programming, realistic nutrition, and consistency over extremes. I don’t believe in fad workouts or influencer-driven shortcuts. I use methods grounded in exercise science, informed by experience, and refined by staying current with the research.

One thing I tell clients often: if you’re short on time, still do something. Hit the main lifts, check the box, and move on. Progress doesn’t require perfection — it requires consistency.

The goal isn’t dependence. It’s confidence. Over time, I want clients to feel educated, capable, and steady — so training becomes part of their life, not something they constantly struggle to maintain.
